How do you modify Catia drafting definition? 3

Greetings:

In Catia v15r17 sp3, Tools, Standard, Drafting everything is grayed out. I login to my workstation with an Administrator right. I have been looking in Catia settings and online documentation for an "Administrator" right option to no avail. How do you modify Catia drafting definition?

Here is how you can start CATIA in Admin Mode.
If you are in Windows.

Go to Start/All Programs/Catia/Tools/Environment Editor
In the second window below right click on CATReferenceSettingPath and edit, Make the value say C:\Temp
Close out of there to save changes.
Next go to start Run and in the command prompt type cnext -env CATIA.V5R??.B?? –admin
Replace ?? with the release of catia you are using.

From there catia will open in Admin mode.

If you want to create a Admin Catia Icon, create a copy of the original Catia Icon and right click then go to properties. In the short cut tab look for the target line. It will look like this

"C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\B16\intel_a\code\bin\CATSTART.exe" -run "CNEXT.exe" -env CATIA_P3.V5R16_R16.B16 -direnv "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\DassaultSystemes\CATEnv" -nowindow

See above where it says "CNEXT.exe" look for that in your line and put the -admin next to it.
It will look like this when you enter that in there.
"CNEXT.exe -admin"

After that click that icon and it will open Catia in Admin mode.
