how do you modify or remove array component from assembly

I have a couple questions using an array in an assembly in NX5.

If I want to modify the number of comonents or how they are arrayed, how do I do that.

Also I am trying to delete my array components and start something new, but when I select all the components and delete, they all go away except for one. I get the following error the following component could not be deleted: component name attemp to delete an array master component failed.

Assemblies -> Edit Component Arrays, then select the array and you can edit the parameters or delete the array.
