how long does it takes to a generator start reverse power?

How long does it take for a gas turbine 35MVA generator full load motorize, considering zero time when the steam inlet valve is fully closed?
I would like to know only an estimate time, not exactly

It sounds like you are looking for the time the entrained steam between the stages to expand. given the size mention, I'll assume only several stages with a low initial pressure.

I though I had some time constants for a unit to verify my memory, but I couldnot locate them tonight. I was thinking 3 seconds for a 7 stage HP section, but I need to dig deeper into old files
