If you put steam in an injection well at 1550 kPa at 202C and it returns at 1000 kPa at 183C how much heat has been left in the well?

Vapor pressure of water at 183 C is 1073 kPa, but that is absolute pressure. Your "1000 kPa" - is that gauge pressure? If so, you have liquid water coming out and a fair amount of heat is being left in the well. If your stated exit pressure is absolute, then it doesn't look like anything condenses. If, again, your pressure is absolute, then it is rather close to the saturation point, and accuracy of the measured data will be most important.

The pressures are gauge. This application is a SAGD injection and I think that we need to desuperheat the steam before injecting. We can't bring the pressure too low but at this rate we are not getting much heat.
