I'm working through the process of cleaning up after people ignorant of how SWX files need to be maintained with appropriate links to other files. The assembly and dwg files were just moved from work folders to the controlled folders without revising the links to the new file locations.
A first pass was just checking each assembly in a folder with file | open | references and you can tell right away if any of the links point to a work folder. Another way would be to open each file log error messages that occur and then close without saving.
Is there any way I could automate this process to make a list of files that need attention?
Thanks in adavance
