How to bend a 3 inch Galvanized pipe?

Dear all

First i want to express you all my best wishes and seasons greeting. Now please advice me how could i form(bend) a 3" Galva. pipe around a 50 meter dia. half circle , 3" pipeline is for air delivery which has to be passwed through a 2 meter wide channel around a 50 meter half circle.
My second question is how can i discharge seawater from a tank with depth of 5 meter all the water should be discharged? No submersible tank is to be used ?

No submersible tank is to be used ?
Does you mean " NO SUBMERSIBLE PUMP"

Which is the volume tank, ist is open, material, location ?
 
Not really sure what the second half of your question is about. The first isn't too hard though.

Segmental bending is probably the way to go. That is, every meter put in a little less than one degree of bend using a pipe bending machine. It doesn't sound like you need a uniform bend, just that your 3" galvanized pipe fits into the 2 meter wide channel. As long as you can lay out segments of pipe, bend the sections, weld them up and then lower the assembly into the trench you should be fine. If you have to insert the assembly from one end you will have some additional challenges but as long as the bending is the same it should work okay.

Oh, bending galvanized pipe can destroy the coating but you don't need to bend much so it should be fine. That is, assuming you really want to use galvanized pipe.
