I am trying to create a part which looks like in the image.

My sweep function fails when I try to match the dimensions from image.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for your advice.
I have found help on single helix in parametric form.
Any ideas on how to make it for a double helix?Link
Thanks and sincerely

The epicycles are additive. (What the heck does that mean?)

The base equation is a circle, with a helical epicycle added to it. You have a big spiral and a small spiral. You can have either cycle added singly to the circle. You can also simply add the two cycles to the circle. You can do this for any number of cycles.
