How to caclulate section modulus of well all around I beam

Please share calculation procedure to determine section modulus of weld all around I beam (e.g. W10x49).

section modulus depends in I, the second moment of area. A weld is a "line" with some width. Does that help ?

"Design of Welded Structures", by Blodgett has line section modulus for many shapes and is an excellent resource for weld design. It was my main resource when for weld design.
