how to calculate and apply the pressure load in patran

actually i want to simulate a wing which is in 1g flight condition . now i want to apply pressure load which is equal to 1g flight condition . can u tell me how to carry this . i gone through some patran tutorials , i didnt get any proper info. is there any standard formula which relates pressure and flight condition .
