Simulate the whole manufacturing process that leads to residual stresses and include additional step where load will be removed (for example by moving the tool away from the part).

can we calculate residual stress by another method, such variating yield stress?; my structure is subjected to cyclic loading
Abaqus features special analysis step called direct cyclic. It can be used to simulate low-cycle fatigue.
Some kind of pressure vessel, I guess ? If you want to include residual stresses that arose before the cyclic loading step, you can precede this step with another one (general static type) where residual stresses will be generated.
