(1) Objective

- I currently run a project to calculate the amount of hour/day for dilution tank ( rinse tank ) to achieve the equilibrium for industry.

(ii) situation
- Use former shape mold to transfer the pick up and carry forward amount.
- I have 3 tanks to go through of process ( i. Coagulant tank 1 , ii. Dilution tank, and iii. coagulant tank 2), dipping process from i until iii.
- So, coagulant tank 1 has 25% of calcium nitrate (initially) and the carry forward is around 3.4 gram into dilution tank with 0% of calcium nitrate. Noted that dilution tank is only water for rinsing half of the former.
- Then, we have the flow in and flow out of 16 liter per minute to make reduce the amount of calcium nitrate concentration being carried forward from coagulant tank 1.

i. Coagulant tank 1 : 3800 kg
ii. Dilution tank : 270 kg
iii. former speed per hour : 9900 former per minute

- from this information, i want to find how much hour/day for dilution tank to achieve equilibrium. I humble ask anyone that know how to calculate the concentration pickup and carry forward into dilution tank and time for it to achieve equilbrium.
