how to cast columns and beams and slabs together at one time? 1

We are dealing with plastic concrete modular formwork, the formwork really works well, fast set up, but some customers' feedback that it hard to pour the columns and beams together as they are modular, so we are thinking to improve our products line, does anybody know have suggestion on how to make the columns and beams together? maybe your thoughts will be our new improving solution.

I would not do anything to encourage the poor practice of pouring columns monolithically with the horizontal elements. Too much potential for plastic settlement cracking in the joint region.
