You have two options.

In NX right click on the item in assembly navigator and select Check-out or check-in

In Teamcenter find your item, rightclick the NX Dataset (UGmaster or UGpart) and select Check-out/-in...

Couldn't be much simpeler... :)

There is actually a third option as well and that is to tell NX in the Customer Defaults to do the Check-out check-in procedure automatically...
This is however not (for concurrent engineering) the most prefered option.

Thank you, Sir
How to integrate (connect) NX part with Teamcenter,
By using nomenclature i have created a part number...

If you have NX integrated (NXManager) with Teamcenter then there is no need to first create and item in Teamcenter...
You can just Start NX from Teamcenter and with file new (in Nx) create a new NXpart which will create an item in Teamcenter for you...

I suggest you get some books or documentation on how to work with NX and Teamcenter...would make it much easier for you :)
