Help me how to easily compute for Lts of storage tank

It might help to give some clue of what this Lts is and where it's used.
 
Pi r^2 x h. measure in m then x 1000 to get litres

Nominal first 5% and last 5% not usable so 90 % of first answer is usable volume

Of course if Lts means something else then please let us know

The normal abbreviation for liter or liters is "L" not "Lts".
 
This is supposed to be a forum for engineers. I find it curious that an engineer does not know or can't find the formula for the volume of a cylinder. Are we just lazy?
