When I size two phase PSV, I need to run HYSYS for an isenthalpic (adiabatic) flash calculation at 90% of relief pressure to calculate the vapour specific volume.
Could someone guide me how to set up this HYSYS model. The service is condensate, tow phase will be water and steam.
Thanks in advance.

Just use a valve operation.
Your inlet stream is fully specified: composition, temperature, and pressure. The outlet stream pressure should be specified at the 90% value, the temperature will be calculated. The flow rate is not important, so just pick a number.
Make sure you use a steam property package for this calculation, Peng-Robinson will give you wrong answers.

Cheers,
Joerd
