How to create a tangency joint in nx4 motion

I need to create a tangency joint between two solids. One of them is a cylinder (2) and another one a complicated solid(1). I want to create a tangency between a cylinder face and faces of second solid (3). Cylinder is fixed to ground, solid (1) is moving like in a picture ( A and B ), also everything is working in a special sleeve
