How to create DWG_XXXXXX file?

We are curently using NX7.5 with TCE and one of our designers has the model file already saved to revision "-".

The only process I can find is from an older version of UG (NX4) and it seems as though the process has changed.

Can someone please advise us on what to do?

To clarify our question, we need to create the Specification dataset in an existing TCE file that already has the Model dataset in it.
