How to create this feature in abaqus part modelling?

i took this from online however there is no clear explanation on how to create this feature. I want a bent pipe with variable thickness and diameter(t1 d1 at one end, t2 d2 at other end) at ends. It should follow a path which i specify. It looks like lofting + sweep is used but anyone can guide me with instructions is helpful,,

You could use loft with transition path (curve connecting both section sketches) for this.

You mean I shld draw 2 sweep path one for inner circle and other for outer?

You will probably have to do the outer and inner parts separately anyway (you can do the outer part first and then cut the inner part from it).
