How to create Worm Gear

Hi all,

I have the following gear data,

Single thread
Left Hand Lead
1.160 pitch dia
.126 axial pitch
14.5 deg pressure angle
1.240 O.D.

I need to create a parametric worm gear model in NX4. Can anybody help?
