How to customize Resoure bar?

Can I turn off the resource bar Tab roles, cast, etc
They are not used for me, is there setting to control them?

Under "View", there's an option to "Show Resource Bar", if that's what you're looking for.

I have found no practical, or even non-pracital for that matter, way to turn OFF the Roles tab. However, as of NX 5, there will no longer be a tab for training (i.e. CAST) as that has been moved to the Help -> Training... pull-down menu.

Generally speaking, ONLY the tabs that are added by users are eligiable for removal. System defined tabs, with very rare exceptions, are permanent.
