how to define a node moveable in one direction under alternating TLOAD in SOL 112 or SOL146?

Hi everyone
Is it possible to define a rotary part which is only allowed to rotate in the range of postive angles in dynamic response analysis SOL112 or SOL146?
I tried linear Gap, but it is just available in SOl 101 .
