How to delete a partitioned section? 1

Hi,

After having partitioned my instance under Assembly, I try to delete one the two created partitions. Can this be done?
When I click on Feature/delete, it will only let me delete the entire instance. It is not possible to select only one partition.

I tried to follow the same procedure in Parts, but I face the same probleme there.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

[FEA way]

Tools —> Geometry Edit —> Face —> Remove should help with that.
