How to do grading around building corners?

Hi,
I am trying to figure out what would be the best way to do sidewalk grading around the building. In this example, I have building at set elevation and sidewalk around it. Sidewalk has to be sloped 2% away from the building. I was wondering if someone has experience and share what approach would be the best and how to grade building corner area (between points 1,3 - points a,b). What I came up with was a few grade break lines (Pt.3 - Pt. b, Pt.2 - Pt. a, Pt.1 - Pt a). I was wondering if there is a better way to do it?

Points 1, 2, 3, and A can all be at the 'same' elevation with a slightly higher elevation in the middle somewhere. I assume the SW is for swale and set the balance of the elevations to suit your needs.

Sw is for sidewalk that slopes 2% away from the building.
