In NX go to file export assembly out of teamcenter. This is the best option to get all parts related to each other. You have a slew of options doing the file export assembly out of teamcetner. The biggest is the part naming. Or if it is a single part in teamcenter you can right click on the nx data set and export name references. Look for the UG part and hit download. I missed the PDF. OOpps Right click and named reference as said below. My fault sorry.

To get a copy of a PDF out of TC right-click on the PDF under the Item Rev and select Named References. Highlight the file you want (if it isn't already) and pick Download. You will then get the Windows file location box. Navigate to the folder you want the copy and pick Download.

If you're asking how to get multiple different PDFs downloaded without doing them one at a time I'm afraid I can't help you there, sorry.

Mike
