How to find frequency related 95% model mass?

Hi,
I am conducting a frequency analysis in abaqus to find the 1st frequency and frequency related to 95% model mass of model. I need these values to calculate the Rayleigh damping parameters.
Can you tell me how to find this model mass participation factor in Abaqus?

It is in the .dat file after the analysis.

Hi, Thanks a lot.
But I have some confusions. I cannot find percentage values and also participation factors are shown according to differertn components (e.g. x-component, x-rotation etc). Attached file is the .dat file of the analysis.
