How to find Shear Center

Does anyone know a free/paid software where we can find Shear center of a composite section. RISA Section is giving me a value but it is not clear from which reference point it is giving me that value.

I think that IES's 'Shapebuilder' software will. I have not used it before, but I have used several other of their programs; and they are all easy to use.

If you want something free and know a minimal amount of python you can try sectionproperties

If you're not sure on the reference point, investigate a known section like a channel and use some logic to work it out?
