How to get a entry-level/graduated job in mechanical engineering as constructor if I'm from Poland? 1

Hi everyone,
there's something I'd like to ask you for.
I'm 23, come from Poland. I have graduated Mechanical Engineering at Lublin University of Technology (Poland) at Feb 2013. My major is Computer Aided Design of Machines. I want to get job in other country, take my girlfriend, and start prolly good life. Do you have any advices for me? Where I should looking for job? Could you tell me something about recruitment in your countries? Maybe you know any companies which looking for employee on positions of designer/constructor (I name it correct?) and could recommend any places?
I have a lot of thanks, if anybody help me on start of adventure with work in other country

Indeed I do know about that beautiful part of Poland. I started a company in Mielec, Poland 18 years ago--Kirkham Motorsports sp zo.o. We are still there today making cars We are at the old WSK facility. I hope to go back to Poland soon.

I understand conditions are challenging in Poland. Please take heart and know conditions are much, much better than they were 18 years ago. Your beautiful country has come a long way. Freedom is a beautiful thing
