How to get a green box around my equation (Mathcad 15)

The picture below is from another model, the equation has a box around it and nicely colored with green. How can I get it similar in my mathcad 15?

Right click the expression, click Properties, check the Highlight Region box and choose the color

Mathcad's version is not as nice as what you show

SMath does it well... with and without an outline box...
