how to get Cgg~Vg in Spice3

Hi,
I'm wondering how to do the spice3 simulation to get capacitance(for example cgg, cgd, cgs) versus Vg as Vg changes from -2 to 2V? Freq. maybe 1MHz.

Can anybody provide a simple spice3 netlist?

I know how to do it in hspice, but I don't know how to do it in Spice3f5.

in hspice, we can do

.param g=1.0

...
.ac lin 1 100K 101K sweep g lin 200 -2.0 2.0

but in spice3, .param and sweep can not be used. So if you know how to do it in spice3f5, please help. Thank you very much!
