Hi,
I am trying to implement material non-linearity by in-built isotropic hardening plasticity model without considering geometric non-linearity.
But if I am turning off the Nlgeom there is no change in slope so could you tell me how to implement material non-linearity without considering the effect of geometric non-linearity?

As you said, geometric nonlinearity is controlled by the Nlgeom parameter. So you just have to turn it off to exclude this effect. If there's no difference in results then it's just the characteristic of your model.

But as we know in case of plasticity the slope should be change but in my case I am not getting what my be the reasons?

It really depends on your model, hard to say without knowing the details. But you can try running a single element test with this material to see how it works with different settings.
