how to import a time history results of a moving load on a truss bridge to abaqus?

hello everyone..
I am modelling a joint of a truss bridge with a bolted gusset plate.Here I want to know the stress variations in the bolts due to vehicle loading. I have modeled the truss bridge in sap2000 and got the time histories of each member of the bridge. I have no idea how to import these values to abaqus model for the analysis. please help me out.
I would be very greatful if you tell me the intricacies in the modelling of bolted gusset plate since I am a new user.
