how to link child views to its parent properties in NX drafting

Hi i amusing NX 12,

suppose if i change the scale of parent view ,it child views also should update to to the same scale!
how i enable it in NX drafting?
please tell me ,...

NO, you need to change the scale of the DRAWING. Changing the scale of a VIEW does just that, the scale of the VIEW and nothing else.
