How to load V5R21 files into V5R18 without losing any data?

Hi Guys,
I am trying to open files created in V5R21 in V5R18. But it does not allow because of downward compatibility. I have tried using Downward Compatibility utility, but it loses all intelligence and becomes a BREP file. Could anyone please let me know how can I make a file downward compatible without loss of any data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

No way, you have to recreate in the lower version.
