how to make opening in tubular member in IdeaStatica

hello folks,
I am wondering if there is a way to create an opening in the round tubular member. the version I am using is 21.1.
It seems the opening process is not possible as the opening width will surpass the two segments (web pieces) of a round member. it is possible to create the opening once the width is within one single web width (out of 64), but once it gets more than one web widths, there will be an error.
