HOW TO MAP TEXT CHARACTERISTICS

I need some advice on "mapping" text characteristics during export.
I don't know where to start. Some basics would be appreciated. For instance I'd like to start by mapping the text aspect ratio.

I'm in NX6.

I assume this is a 2D export (dxf/dwg)?

Correct, sorry I should have included that. 2D Exchange.

So cowski, do you have any experience mapping text characteristics during 2D Exchange?

Unfortunately I've had no luck mapping text characteristics with 2D exchange. I don't recall if it was a limitation of 2D exchange or the program I was using to import the dxf.
