How to measure the displacement after analysis in Abaqus

I am new to abaqus.
In abaqus how can we measure the displacement of a beam after analysis in visualization mode.

you can measure field variables by using the Query-Module Tools --> Query --> Probe values

A more 'formal' way of extracting this information is to open up the field output dialog and request displacement output for a given node.
