How to Model Non Linear Link in Soil Structure Interaction ?

Hi I am a structural Engineering Student. I have recently studied some tips on thread801-363012 about Soil Structure Interaction Modelling. After studying, I have a little bit Confusion about how to model Non-Linear link for the modelling of Soil Structure Interaction on the buildings having raft foundation. I have tried to model the link using Non-Linear time history analysis in SAP2000V15. Would you please provide me some information on designing and modelling of the non linear link using non-linear time history analysis on SAP2000V15?
