how to model this in using sheetmetal

You can draw it flat then insert a bend. Help can explain inserting a bend more.

Firstly I hope this isn't what it looks like:

1) Enter the Sheet Metal mode.

1) Select the Base Flange/Tab icon & create the vertical flat section as your Base-flange1.

2) Select the Edge Flange icon, select bottom edge of Base Flange.

3) Select Material inside (first) icon under Flange position

4) Select Edit Flange Profile then grab an end point of the line which is on the bottom edge of the Base Flange & move it toward the centre of the edge. Do the same for the other end point then click in graphics area to select direction of bend.

5) Dimension to suit then click Finish

There are other methods, but I find this to be the simplest.

LOL, it's definately not a hoax. Yahoo assigned that name to it. Thanks for the tip. I did not know you can do that.

I get:

Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

I copied & pasted the first URL & also used ctophers link without problem using Firefox.

Could not get access using IE.

Must be a browser setting.
