Tomas thank you for the post.

This is the dialog I don't see something
about drawing.

Can you add additional info.

Thank you again.

What are you trying to accomplish?
It sounds like you have a model and a separate drawing and you want to import both into a new file so that the model and drawing reside in the same file, is this correct?

Cowski thank you.

I want to import the master and the
Non master parts . To a new master and
Non master parts.

Is this possible.

Thank you again.

So you want to make a new copy of your parts?
Unless I'm misunderstanding your intention, I think "save-as" or "clone" would get what you want?

Yes they do the same.

But as I can import a part into another
Part.

I want to import the drawing part
into another drawing part.

Drawing part = non master part.

Is this possible.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I'm running nx11 manager.

I still do not understand the context.
can you illustrate ?

( when importing, it's "everything" and you will have to delete unwanted stuff after the import. There is no filtering on what to import.)

Regards,
Tomas

Hi Tomas

I create new blank part all its have
Is a part preferences.
No objects.

And then I import a part with different
part preferences.

And then I don't need to delete anything.

Thank you.

I believe Export Part gives you the options you're describing and allows you to choose a specific file to which to export or you can also choose to export to a new file. Import Part will import EVERYTHING into the existing part file (drawings, models, etc.).
