I want to know how to reduce the value of : Pmax/PQ in the in the K1C in ordrer to have a valid K1C ?

It is dependent on specimen geometry and the value of K1C.

Generally, you need a wider specimen. If all you are interested in is having a valid test, you can lower the value of K1C by, for example, lowering the test temperature for bcc materials. This second approach, however, has the unfortunate side effect of altering the value of the property you are trying to measure.

As a i know K1C Vs Temperature are as the picture shows ? but what about the Pmax/Pq Vs temperatures

P and K are linearly proportional, so the P vs T curve is the same as the K vs T curve.
 
As CoryPad said, Pmax and K are porportional. Pq is, for the most part, constant for a given geometry and test conditions. Look at the second curve in your first post. If you lowered Pmax so it was closer to Pq, you would have a valid test. Of course, as I said originally, this would mean lowering K1C as well, which is the property you are trying to measure.
