How to Rotate Scan input IGES Curves in SolidWorks 1

We are working on a Reverse Engineeing Project. The Scan Input we have obtained is tilted above the base plane for 2 Deg.
we want to rotate the all Scan input curves to match the base plane which will help us to proceed with the project.

If I understand correctly ...
Maybe one way is to insert into a new assy, mate the part how you like to a plane, then save as a part.
