how to see a particular node label, the node itself and the whole model

Hello respected Abaqus users,

I want to save a pic of deformed or undeformed stresses or mesh with three particular node on the model with their labels visible. Can any one tell me how to do it? I went to the options, common tab in the visualization module and turn on "show node label" option, but they show label of all the nodes in the model. Also I tried from view option in the mesh module, where I went to the part display and then mesh tab and then turn on the show node label, but here is also the same condition. It shows the labels of every node. I want to see three particular nodes with their labels and also the whole model. I also tried display group option, but it is also not working. If any body can guide, that would be a real help.

I think that you might have to do it manually by creating annotations.

Sorry to reply you late. I was out side of my university for a couple of days.
I tried recently by annotations to make this happen, but I think it should have some specific guidelines. Can you just give me the steps how I can do this?

You can create a set for the three particular nodes. Be careful that your set type must be node.
After running your job, you can use Create Display Group to show Node Set as a lone section. So, at this time you can show any property of this node set with legend.
