How to setup a Moldex3D project for optimization with external software

Hello!

I am simulating the injection moulding process with Moldex3D. I would like to run design optimization in the geometry of my mould by coupling my simulation/model with external software, such as MATLAB or Fortran. Does anyone know how to setup my Moldex3D project?
