I have four sub-assemblies that I have added motion constraints and they work at that level but when I go to the top level assy that contain these sub-assemblies the motion does not work in the top level, any suggestions??

Thanks,
Mike E.

Do the subassemblies interact (via motion constraints) at the top level? Or are they rigidly placed within the top level?

They were brought in and placed in the top level assembly and they are supposed to move at the top level. One success I have had is to bring in the parts of the sub-assembly into the top level, get the motion working and then make a sub-assembly of those parts. This has worked once but will require re-working numerous assemblies. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've seen similar behavior where motion constraints for an item reference several different models from the same constraint set. When they reference the same model it all works. The motion constraints can be very particular to get them to work properly. Please let us know if you find a solution.
