Hi guys,

I requested two nodal acceleration time histories. Can anybody tell me how to put them together in one plot in ABAQUS's visualization module instead of doing that in other post-processors?

I tried the overlay plot option. But it looks like there is only one plot displayed in the viewport and the other plot is totally shaded.

Thanks,

This has been resolved. I am putting down the procedure for superimposing two X-Y plots as below in case that somebody may need this later.

1. Save as like X-YData 1 and X-YData 2( The titles X-YData 1 and X-YData 2 should appear in "X-YData" in the "Results" viewport.)
2. Right click X-YData 1 and select "Add to Plot"
3. Right click X-YData 2 and select "Add to Plot"
