How to trace a line in EXCEL graph ?

Can anybody help me ?

I want to trace a line in EXCEL graph..
In spreadsheet if i move cursor then it's point is automatically viewd in cell and if i stop moving then it is written in some special cell etc.

I think it is helpful to get an inflection point on graph.

Any VBA source u have ?
