How to Treat a Chlorine Leak?

Good Morning,

I am working on reviewing our Chlorine policies, and I have no background in Chlorine or decontamination of it. So, I am wondering how do you even decontaminate a Chlorine (gas) leak? The plant holds at the most 2,500 pounds of Chlorine, so it would be a pretty big leak if it did happen. Ultimately, I am trying to purchase the correct equipment to decon a leak like that. Your help and expertise is GREATLY appreciated.

The choice of containment or emergency scrubber depends on the layout of the facility, vicinity to population, amount of chlorine, budget, all of which have not been detailed in your post.
