how to unlock template builder in Adams car

how to get template builder in Adams car instead of standard mode. The problem is that
in C // directory (user) I cannot find acar.cg to modify it to expert mode?

It's strange ... This file should be automatically created / updated every time you open the Adams Car. Did your OS explorer search return no results either? Maybe the file is somewhere in the installation directory?

acar.cfg is a more likely name.I could have sworn that you could switch once inside Car, but since I am on holiday I can't check.
