how to View File Details automatically

When using File>Open, is there anyway to set Catia V5 VIEW MENU to always display the files in DETAIL view rather than LIST?

Hi,

Start Catia in Admin mode. Select File>Open and switch the view menu to detail. Close Catia. Desired view menu style is now stored in reference settings. You may have to delete your user settings in order to make refence settin´g changes active.

Thanks for the tip. Would this work for resizing the default size of pop up windows? For example the save Management Window.
