HVAC EVAP Coil and Condenser

Is it possible to use lower SEER Rating Evaporator coils with high seer condensing units? or Heat Pump Condenser. Is it true it may result in needing Heater Repair sooner then expected if a system is not matched with a proper SEER rating coil but it is the same Tonnage. Would it cause a system to need AC Repair as well?

Problem solved got the answer i was looking for somewhere within this blog. A lower SEER Rated coil or mismatched will cause for needed air conditioner repair service sooner then expected. In a heat pump, frequent Heater Repair Visits.
